Unfortunately, sometimes a bad result at trial is the result of negligence or unethical conduct on the part of the trial attorney. When this happens, Mr. McGarry’s loyalty to his client compels him to provide a frank and complete assessment of the attorney’s conduct, even if it means losing referrals from the trial attorney. If the malpractice or unethical conduct is aggregious, Mr. McGarry will file and prosecute the case himself on a contingent fee basis.
